Ella B. Allen Elementary School empowers students, staff, and parents to become active members of our learning community. Family involvement has always been highly valued and encouraged at Ella B. Allen Elementary School. Aside from volunteering in classrooms, parents can be seen monitoring traffic as part of our Eagle Eyes at the school entrance so that all children enter the campus safely. Family members provide extra encouragement and support during tutoring sessions and help with bringing other enrichment experiences to our school community. Allen Elementary School has an active Parent Teacher Club (PTC): The PTC organizes several fun events during the school year that truly bring the school’s community together.
In the 2020-2021 school year, the Allen School PTC will go through a process to revise its bylaws. Please read the existing Allen PTC bylaws here.

PTC Meetings and Schedule
Allen’s PTC Meetings will continue to be held virtually online in accordance with state and county health guidelines until further notice. Allen’s PTC Meetings generally occur on the second Monday of each month at 6 pm and usually last 60 minutes. The calendar of all scheduled PTC meetings can be found here, but please note that occasionally meetings may be moved or canceled. Please contact this school office for the link to the meeting at least a day in advance and check our school’s blog (allenelementary.org) for updates to the PTC meeting calendar.
