LEAD Q4
After-school programs with LEAD for Q4 have begun! If you are still interested in signing your child up for one or more after school clubs, please contact our LEAD coordinator Isaiah Velasquez at Isaiah.Velasquez@CVESD.org. Permission slips are available in the main office. A few of the clubs offered this quarter include flag football, arts and crafts, and homework club.

Volunteers
All volunteers are allowed to volunteer inside the classroom and school buildings after meeting the District’s volunteer requirements. See below for these requirements:
REQUIRED ITEMS:
- Proof of TB
- RAPTOR I.D. Scan
- Fingerprint Clearance – DOJ & FBI
- Completed, updated Volunteer Agreement

PTC Quarter 4 Calendar:
Inter-District Transfers:
CVESD has begun accepting new and renewal Inter-District transfers as of April 2nd, 2024. As a reminder, Inter-District transfers must begin the transfer process at their home school district and then take the form to CVESD’s Student Placement office at 84 E J. St, Chula Vista. These forms must be submitted in-person and cannot be submitted to Allen’s office staff. You can download the form below or obtain it from your local school district’s administrative offices.
