The Chula Vista Elementary School District has revised its “grab-and-go” meal service through the upcoming two-week Spring Break, i.e. the weeks of March 23-27 and March 30-April 3. The meal distribution will take place at nine regionally located school sites across the District. However, there will be only ONE DAY for meal distribution each of those weeks, with a box for each student that will contain five days’ worth of meals. The distribution dates are:
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Tuesday, March 24 and 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Tuesday, March 31
Students who are receiving meals must be physically present. Meals may consist of packaged, refrigerated, and frozen items. Heating instructions will be included for entrees. Our partner agency, Chula Vista Police Department, will have School Resource Officers on site to assist with meal distribution. The locations are:

Familias de Allen,
El Distrito de Escuelas Primarias de Chula Vista continuará su servicio de distribución de alimentos durante las dos semanas programadas como vacaciones de primavera, es decir, del 23 a 27 de marzo y del 30 de marzo al 3 de abril. La distribución se llevará a cabo en 9 escuelas ubicadas regionalmente en todo el Distrito. Sin embargo, habrá solo UN DÍA para la distribución de comidas cada semana, con una caja para cada estudiante que contendrá alimentos para cinco días. Las fechas de distribución son:

Los estudiantes que estén recibiendo alimentos deben de estar presentes. Los alimentos consisten en artículos empacados, refrigerados y congelados. Se incluirán las instrucciones de calentado. Nuestra agencia asociada, el Departamento de Policía de Chula Vista, tendrá oficiales de recursos escolares para ayudar con la distribución de comidas en cada escuela. Las escuelas son:
