Greetings Allen School Community,
The events scheduled for March 13, 2020 are being postponed until further notice. This includes the CYT Assemblies, the Family First Friday, Grandparents Day, and the Allen Music Festival.
All activities that are part of the standard school day will continue as scheduled as schools are likely to be the safest place for children, staff, and students. The safety of students is paramount at Allen Elementary School. Teaching and learning will continue as we are actively monitoring the situation. We have been and will continue to be in close contact with the Chula Vista Elementary School District, the County Office of Education, the City of Chula Vista, and other response agencies. We follow the direction of the Centers for Disease Control, California Department of Public Health, the San Diego HHSA, as well as other coordinating agencies
