Spirit Week starts on Monday. Here is how the week will lay out!
Thank you to variety show coordinators and all the participants. Broadway on Allen was a big hit and was a 5 star event!
Make sure to pick up your Community Connect bag. We have some in the office and some outside of the auditorium for you. This is the service project our Student Council members worked on with 6 other school’s student council.
Six grade will have Egypt museum on Thursday in the auditorium. We are looking forward to seeing the hard work our 6th graders put into this project.
As you may have read from Dr. Escobedo’s letter last week, pending Board Approval on December 18th, I may be moving on to serve students in Chula Vista in a different role. I have not shared this information with our students yet, but I will most likely toward the end of this week. I am still waiting until things are official after Wednesday’s board meeting. In the meantime, please know that I am strongly rooted at Allen and will continue to work on every one of our commitments and Allen goals. Please take the time to offer input when you get an opportunity. The links to input are on the letter sent to you via email.
The last day of school Friday back to school on Tuesday, January 14 for a minimum day.
