Hello Eagles, Ms. Garcia here with some Sunday information.
Thank you to Mrs. Rechif, parents, and staff members for organizing the float for the Starlight Parade! A fun time was had by all representing Allen School in this annual event.
Get out your calendars, we are busy this week!
Starting Monday, you can pick up one Community Connect bag in front of the Auditorium. This is the service project our Student Council work on with 6 other schools. The purpose of the bags are for you to give them to community member in need of some basic necessities. Keep one in your car and when you see the need, connect with your community!
Monday, 12/9 there is a PTC Meeting in Room 404 at 6:00 PM.
Tuesday, 12/10 and Wednesday 12/11 are the basketball try outs from 3:30-4:30. Students trying out must attend both days and last year’s team must try out again.
Wednesday 12/11 and Thursday 12/12 are the Broadway at Allen Variety Show starting at 6:00 PM. Don’t forget to buy your tickets early! They are on sale in the office.
Wednesday, December 11th at 3:30 in Room 404 is the SSC meeting. This is an open and public meeting.
Friday, 12/13 we will have our Family First (2nd!) Friday for December in the main Allen Courtyard. Join us for a cup of something warm and some conversation with our community.
We will NOT have a Monday Morning Meet Up this week to prepare for the Variety Show. We need the speaker equipment in the auditorium so we can hear the fabulous voices, sounds, jokes, and music of our Allen Eagles!
