2019 Harvest Ball Volunteers

Hello Allen School Parents and Volunteers! It’s that time of year again…Time for Allen School’s Harvest Ball! YAY! The last few years we’ve had over 500 people attend! In order for the event to be a success we need LOTS of volunteers! Listed here are all the volunteer slots. If you are willing and able, please sign up for one or more time slots. Almost all the time slots are only 30 minutes and we have 60+ time slots to fill!

Although it is not mandatory, we do encourage all volunteers to dress up in costume! If you know anyone who wants to volunteer, please forward this link to them. There will be a paper version of the sign up sheet, mostly to raise awareness that we need volunteers. The paper version will be entered electronically here.
