Remember if you would like to purchase Padre tickets for the Padres vs Dodgers on May 4, you must turn in the form tomorrow by 3:00pm. Tickets are $15.

Thanks to parent Dan Way, we will have our first annual Field Day this Friday, April 26th. We are asking for all students that day to bring a sack lunch as students will have picnic-style lunch on the lawn. If you will not be bringing a sack lunch and need to eat from the Cafeteria, not to worry, please let your teacher know tomorrow (via email, phone call, or Class Dojo, or the permission slip sent home on Friday) so the Cafeteria can plan accordingly.
Bus Driver Appreciation Day is this Tuesday. We would like to encourage our bus riders to recognize their hardworking bus driver. The bus drivers throughout our District get over 3,000 students to and from school safely and on time each day. Please make sure to give a big THANK YOU to your driver!
Kinder & 6th grade promotion pictures will be taken on Thursday. Proof sheets will be sent home for your to purchase photos.
A couple other dates to mark on your calendars are: Teacher Appreciation Week May 6-8, Mother/Son Games on May 24 and the Volunteer Breakfast on May 31. More details to follow.
Finally, we had a tremendous on the number of students with perfect attendance during the 3rd quarter, but unfortunately, there were many more students that had 3 unexcused absences and/or tardies leading to an increase of our chronically absent students by 6% for Quarter 3! Please be very mindful of your student’s attendance. If they must be out due to illness, we understand, but please make sure to contact the office that day.
