Hello Eagles, Ms. Garcia here with your Sunday Information for March 3, 2019
It’s Read Across America week. We will begin with Pajama Day tomorrow. On Tuesdays, students are invited to dress up as their favorite book character. Wednesday is Wacky Wear Day, Thursday is Twin Day and Friday is Allen Spirit Day. We also are
invite grandparents to read in the classroom from 9:00-9:15 on Friday. This will be a fun week so make sure to bring your school spirit each day and participate in the activities!
The Variety Shows are this week. The entire show, both Act 1 and Act 2 will be performed on Tuesday, March 5 and Thursday, March 7. It starts at 6:00pm. Participants should arrive at 5:30. Tickets are $5 and will be sold before and after school. If there are tickets left, they will be sold at the door. There will be a Dress Rehearsal during school on Tuesday.
Our 1st graders will show off their square dancing to families Wednesday morning.
The Daddy/Daughter dance will be on Friday, March 15 from 6-8pm. This will be a fun and memorable night. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased before or after school.
We will have two special visitors this week. Dr. Tessier will visit our school on Tuesday and Dr. Escobedo will visit us on Friday.
Please look through the Lost & Found items and collect any that are yours. All items left behind will be donated to a charity during Spring Break.
