Tomorrow is our VAPA spectacular from 6-7pm. If your student is performing AND they have turned in a permission slip, please have them meet in Room 701 at 5:30, which is the VAPA room to get ready to perform. Since this is our first VAPA spectacular, we are not sure how many people to expect. We can only accommodate 200 people in our auditorium. To help alleviate seating issues, here is the schedule of our performances: Promptly at 6pm, our kindergartner through 2nd grade will perform their numbers. Doors will open at 5:45. Then at 6:30pm, our 3rd -6 th grade will perform their numbers. This will allow some time for the audience to transition so you can see your child perform. The best part is during the transition, student counsel will sell hot chocolate and popcorn and a photo booth opportunity. We thank the Ryan family for the hot chocolate donation. Again we are excited about this event and we hope all goes smooth and we appreciate your patience before during and after the performances.
