The Traveling Cow

Moo!  Katie, a three year old Jersey cow, visited Allen School this week.  The cow travels throughout Southern California in a mobile classroom, sponsored by the Dairy Council.  Children in kindergarten-4th grades learned about the anatomy of a cow as well as the milking process.   It was an ‘udderly’ good time!
