In order to improve the educational experience at Chula Vista schools, we are asking parents to complete a short survey here. The school code is PX39ZW
The purpose of the survey is to obtain parent perceptions of school climate as they relate to student well-being, opportunities, and learning. It complements the California Healthy Kids Survey, a comprehensive student health risk and resilience assessment tool for 5th graders in our district. All parents are being given this opportunity to participate regardless of which grades are being surveyed among students. The results of this anonymous survey will help guide district and school efforts to promote safety, enhance learning supports, improve student achievement, and reduce health risks that stand as barriers to learning. The survey is due May 31.
School code doesn’t work.
Thank you for letting me know. The code has now been updated.
I’ve taken the survey. It seemed to me it was geared towards military families? Is this correct? Or did I take the wrong survey?
It is the correct survey. It was initiated through a joint partnership between USC (University of Southern California and school districts such as Chula Vista, who have high numbers of military families. The survey is intended for all families.
